By accessing or using any TarelGo products, websites, or services (collectively, "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
TarelGo provides decentralized authentication (Gate), AI‑enhanced identity (Gate AI), token‑based CAPTCHA (Captcha AI), and payment infrastructure (Pay) built on the Solana blockchain. All Services are offered "as is" for informational and experimental purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your private keys and wallet credentials. TarelGo does not custody, store, or control your digital assets. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our Services.
Transactions on Solana are irreversible. TarelGo is not responsible for losses due to network congestion, incorrect addresses, or smart contract risks. We do not guarantee the liquidity or valuation accuracy of any token; valuation tools are estimates only.
All code, designs, and content of TarelGo Services are owned by TarelGo or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part without explicit permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TarelGo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including loss of funds or data.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland (or your local jurisdiction, adjust as needed).
